First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Suzlon Group.
Senior Software Engineer
I applied online and my resume was shortlisted. I got a call from HR for a telephonic interview, which I had the next day. The questions were about my academic projects and previous job roles. A week later, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. The questions were the same as the telephonic interview. It was a nice interview with good interviewers and a pleasant environment.
- What is your reason for seeking a new job?
Software Engineer
Started with a phone interview, then had two more phone screenings. Most of the questions were about my resume and if I had SCADA or any other coding experience. After passing those two, I had the onsite interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience with wind energy?
Development Engineer
I was contacted by a headhunter. After talking with them, I had a skype interview with two people: one from HR and the head of the technical department. They were looking for someone with a PhD and experience, but the pay offered was quite low for those qualifications.
- Standard HR questions about personal matters and relocation.
- Details about your previous work experiences.
