Design Engineer
The interview had 3 parts. First, a written test, then a technical interview and finally a manager round. The technical part covered SOM and TOM basics. The manager part asked about time management and family.
- Could you explain what a bending moment is and its different types?
- Questions related to Strength of Materials and basic Theory of Machines were posed.
- Questions about basic time management strategies were included.
Engineer
HR was good and the process was fast. Discussed work culture very seriously and the process is transparent. Technical questions and basic engineering fundamentals were asked. Discussed strengths and work flexibility. This was the validation process.

Project Engineer
Had a telephonic chat with HR. Then I was called for an interview. There was a technical paper with objective questions about the company and its profile. After that, the HR conducted a non-technical interview. Later, a technical interview was conducted. Finally, there was a call for a discussion with HR. They gave me a job offer later. When joining, there was a medical checkup and document verification.
