Behavioral Technical

It was one of the nicest interview processes I've been through recently. The questions were reasonable and the attitude was very positive. The HR person was very polite and started by explaining the company and the role in detail. After that, I took an online test covering SQL skills and how I'd prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. The technical interview then focused on skills from my past projects or university experiences. I'm still waiting to hear back.

It was a fair and well-organized process! I started by submitting my application, then had a call with HR, followed by a case study. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager, and the final step was a call with a senior manager. The questions covered a range of topics, mostly focusing on my past experience, asking for specific examples, and discussing my career aspirations.

Behavioral Technical

I had a really good experience interviewing with Suvoda. The process was organized and the people were great, keeping me informed and making me feel welcome. I liked how open they were about everything and that I got to learn more about the company and the job. The skills test felt right for the role, and talking with the hiring team was interesting. I ended up turning down the offer, but it was a hard decision because they made such a good impression.

The interview process was fine all the way up to the last interview with the BDR team. But after that final interview, I felt confused, offended, and I started to doubt if I even want to work at Suvoda. I get that not everyone is a good fit for a job. However, calling me shallow, a liar, and saying I don't have the experience I claim to have is just really mean. I was laid off from my previous job, and I'm just trying my best to find a new one in this tough job market. I spent a whole weekend preparing for the final interview, putting in a lot of time researching, talking to your team, and writing my own script. To then be told I'm lying, shallow, and don't have the experience I claim is really insulting. I do appreciate the time and the opportunity, and I hope you'll think about this feedback for future candidates.
