It started with a phone interview, then we moved to an in-person meeting. In the sit-down, we talked about the role I was applying for, what my expectations were compared to what they expected from me. We also covered how pay works and the steps involved in getting raises and promotions.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was very brief and felt somewhat cold. The interviewer seemed young, possibly younger than me, which made me feel she might have biases. I tried to be reasonable and showcased all my skill sets. She appeared quite cold and emotionless during her questions, almost as if she was forced to do her job. It was ironic because she asked me emotional questions, yet expressed herself in a confusing, cold manner. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and despite my strong credentials, she seemed to favor someone else.

The building is nice and clean. The people are super nice and friendly. It is a sales job, so you will be going out in your car to sell. They share their room with another company, so when you walk in, you are asked which company you are interviewing with. They offer 100% commission or a minimal base pay plus commission.
