The whole hiring process took a while, about 60 days from the initial call to finding out I didn't get the job. The interviews themselves were also pretty long, each one lasting over 2 hours.

I had a phone interview about 4 weeks ago where we discussed my project management experience and print knowledge. They then invited me to come in person to meet the manager and the teams I would be supporting. However, just 48 hours after confirming my visit and making a big deal about scheduling, they rescinded the offer, stating they had found another candidate and were in a hurry to hire. It felt like they weren't in a hurry to properly interview.

The whole process moved super quickly since they needed someone to start right away for an initiative. It took about two weeks from the initial chat to my first day. Even with the tight timeline, the admin staff were great about scheduling interviews around my availability. HR reached out to my references right away, and once I accepted the offer, they sent me clear instructions on what to do next.
