Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sutter Health.
Executive Assistant
I went through a longer than expected interview process with 4 rounds, even though they initially said there'd be max 3. It started with a supervisor EA, then another EA, then the VP I would have supported, and finished with two EAs from another area. Nice people, but it felt like it went on too long.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Administrative
First, a phone screening with the Director, then a panel interview with the department Manager and Director, followed by HR recruiter calls to offer the job. After that, there's background, physical, and drug testing.
- What makes you a great candidate for Sutter Health?
Administrative
The whole thing took about a month and had two interview rounds. First up was a standard phone screen. Then, there was a video interview where they wanted to know about my experiences and how they showed the skills they're after, like leadership and teamwork. The process was good; the internship coordinator was organized and on time, taking it seriously. They also ask about where you'd prefer to work during the interviews.
- Can you share an instance of when you finished a really complicated project and describe your approach?
