Interview was pretty fast, under 10 minutes. They gave a quick rundown of what the job entails. Asked standard stuff about previous jobs, why I'm interested in the company, what software I know, and some hypothetical scenarios. Got a job offer later that same day, a few hours after the interview.

I got referred by a friend and after emailing my resume to a manager, I got an interview the very next day. The interview itself went pretty smoothly, I was interviewed by two women who made the atmosphere very relaxed and comfortable. It was supposed to be a 30-minute interview, but they seemed really interested in talking with me and sharing their personal future goals, so it went a bit longer than the usual 10 minutes. I really felt like I did well. They mentioned I'd hear back by Wednesday. However, three Wednesdays passed and I still hadn't heard anything. I sent a thank-you note a week later, but still no response. In the third week, I sent a follow-up message, but again, no reply. It would have been nice if they had some system to let candidates know the outcome, even if it was just a quick call or an automated email stating that I didn't get the job.

The interview process was very thorough and thoughtful, with questions that required accurate and appropriate answers. It was one of the best questionnaires I've personally experienced. They are understandably wanting caring and genuine people, so they have smart questions to weed out the bad seeds. If you don't share a truly genuine concern for other people, this position is not for you.
