I got this voice process job through on-campus placement at my college. They gave me an offer letter but said I had to attend one more round after my semester finished. They messaged on May 5th saying they'd be in touch soon. Then on May 20th, they called saying I had to attend a walk-in interview and that they'd call back with the date. They never did. I called Sutherland HR, and they told me to come in within two days. So I traveled from my hometown to Chennai. I got to the campus at 9:30 AM. The waiting room was packed. I joined the crowd. After 11 AM, they moved about half of us to another room and told us to write about our experience interviewing with their company. We waited again, and after 3 PM, they sent some people for the HR round and some for an online test. They called my name for the online test, which had 39 aptitude and grammar multiple-choice questions, followed by an online test with 3 passage writing questions. I waited again until 6 PM. Finally, at 6:30 PM, they called my name for the HR interview. They told me they'd call and sent me away. They are really cheating. They selected 15 people from my college in the initial on-campus interview, which took one day. After getting the offer letter, we had to go through the same rounds again. I waited a full day again, entering at 9:30 AM and leaving at 7 PM. It was a horrible experience, so beware. They told us 2.3 lakhs per annum on campus, but the company offered 11,500.

The interview process was good, though it took a while. It can be completed during free time. The best part about Sutherland is that they believed in me and offered me a job with a good salary. You can improve your communication skills quickly. You will learn about customer relationships with the organization. They also provide incentives based on performance (number of positives, attendance, login hours). The cafeteria is good, with affordable prices and good quantity. You can work at Sutherland for 6 or 12 months, and during that time, try to get into your core companies.
