They set up an interview for me, then rescheduled it twice because of a system error and the fact that they don't work on Saturdays. I had the actual interview on July 7th, hoping to start on July 14th. A few days after, they sent me a rejection notice. Then, on July 15th, they posted the same job again on LinkedIn and interviewed my friend. They didn't explain why, but they definitely wasted my time and are clearly still looking for someone.

Behavioral Technical

I had an interview at Sutherland international for a voice process role. It involved three rounds. First was with HR, where they asked basic questions about me. After that, there was an open-book assessment test, which was also quite easy to pass. The third round was with the manager, and it was really challenging. The manager focused on technical knowledge about Amazon devices and expected in-depth answers, not just communication skills. They wanted to know if I could technically solve problems. As a fresher, I found these questions difficult and unfortunately got rejected. The interview panel was quite strict, and we had to wait the whole day for the interview.
