The interview process started with a group discussion (GD), followed by an essay writing round where a random topic was given to write on for one page. Then, there was a managerial round with general questions. The final round was a technical test which included email and essay writing.

i went for voice process. they asked me to speak in english for a few minutes. once i finished, they said my english was good, but my way of speaking and accent weren't quite right for the voice process. so, they selected me for a non-voice process training.

I went for a non-voice process role as a walk-in. They didn't tell us anything about the interview process. First, they separated us and my group had a group discussion. Everyone had to say at least one point about the given topics. It took them about 3 hours to announce who got selected. The next round was a one-on-one, and they didn't ask anything specific, just about salary and shift timings.
