The interview process felt friendly and not at all intimidating. All the interviewers were very nice. There were two behavioral interviews focused on culture fit and two that were more specific to the job's responsibilities. I received an offer a few weeks later, which was quite fast.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a series of interviews with HR, an Account Manager, a Sr. Account Manager, a Sr Director, and the client. The process included interviews and a 90-day plan detailing how I would increase client KPIs. The panel interview and presentation were challenging due to direct questions and the tense business situation.

Behavioral Technical

I got referred via my college's placement cell. After a resume screening, I went through a psychometric test, then a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. The time it took to announce the shortlisted candidates was quite long, and sadly, no one from my college was selected. Their communication was pretty poor.
