The first round was a self-introduction and one common question, but for me they asked about my school and college life experience. Since it was my first company interview, I didn't speak well. If you're good at speaking for 5 minutes, I think it's enough. The second round is an assessment. My friend attended it, and I got rejected in the first round. We had to write a paragraph, and they checked the content and grammar. You need to get 50% in both to be selected. Lastly, there's an HR round.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process starts with an HR round. After that, there will be a written test. The next stage is the manager's round. Finally, if you pass all those, you will go to the vocabulary testing round where you'll be given a situation and asked to write a reply email that resolves the issue.

Behavioral Other

My overall experience was quite unprofessional. I passed the initial interview call and was scheduled for an on-site interview. Unfortunately, the HR manager was late by about 40 minutes, requiring me to wait for another candidate to finish their interview. I arrived on time according to the interview schedule. The interview room was very small, which added to the discomfort. Additionally, the HR manager seemed to exude a hostile energy throughout the process. He asked personal questions while discussing my preferences for shift times. At one point, he commented that I should smile more and be more cheerful, despite my maintaining a professional demeanor. I regret not addressing that comment at the time.
