Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sutherland.
Consultant
Had a basic round of interviews. Some brief questions and suggestions. Overall, it was a good experience, especially the business and HR rounds. Salary negotiation is also possible, particularly if you're hired from outside Chennai.
- What is your earliest availability to join?
Consultant
The interview process was great. The interviewers were friendly, and food was provided. The staff were very accommodating. Once hired, they offer an allowance during training and will cover relocation costs for the first two months.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What is your educational background?
- What are your career goals?
Consultant
I went through this interview process via my college. It all happened in a single day. For the non-voice part, we were asked to write a paragraph on a topic they gave us. If you were going for the voice roles, they had a Group Discussion and then a round where you had to speak about a topic on the spot. It finished with an HR interview.
- Can you share details about a movie you really like?
- What is your favorite movie and why?
