There will be an HR discussion, then a Senior manager interview. If selected, then a project manager interview. If also selected, then salary discussion with Terms and conditions. After that, we have a final interview round with the client. If selected here, then we got selected with a 6 months professional period. If we perform good or average and the client and company have a green signal, then we will be a permanent employee on Photon. Then, till the project, we are safe.
