After a referral from someone I know, I was contacted by the recruiters. The whole thing took a bit over a week and had three parts: first, a chat with a recruiter, then this CCAT test, and finally an interview with the Team Lead who would be my manager. The recruiter was great, really open about the company, its policies, culture, and benefits. It felt like a good back-and-forth, where I got to ask questions too. The CCAT test, which I had to do before the last interview, was pretty quick, only 15 minutes, but I did need to prep for it since the tasks were specific. Overall, it was a good experience, made me more interested in the company, and helped me see if it was the right place for me.

A few months back, I chatted with my future Team Lead. They asked some standard questions and then told me about the product. After hearing about it, I got really interested in working here and was excited about the product's future. Later, I had another interview with a top manager. I was pretty nervous at first, but they made me feel at ease quickly. In the final round, I tried to showcase my skills to get the job. It's been about six months, and I'm happy with how things turned out. We still have challenges ahead, but we're all motivated to tackle them.

A few months ago I had an interview with my future Team Lead. I was so stressed about it. I read a lot about the company and doubted whether I understood everything clearly. But instead of asking a lot of typical questions, the lead recruiter started telling me about company's product, benefits, what they have achieved so far and what their goals are for the near future. That was really interesting. I realised this is a great opportunity for me to grow professionally and personally, and to improve my English. After a few months, I haven't changed my mind. This is really a great place to work and develop important professional and personal skills.
