From what I've read on here and other sites, and from talking to them earlier this year, it sounds like there's only commission. You should proceed at your own risk. Scamming hardworking people isn't how you run a business.

I applied through Indeed and was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. I went through two interviews. I was aware of the company's nature before interviewing. My motivation for continuing was curiosity and a desire to hone my interview skills for a role I genuinely desired. However, a sensible individual would decline an offer here, as better opportunities exist elsewhere. It's advisable not to waste your time. The setup feels very much like a pyramid scheme, involving door-to-door sales roles entirely based on commission. This appears to be a deceptive scheme targeting recent graduates with promises of rapid advancement to management.

I found out about this job online and was surprised when they called me in for an interview with the management team. I was surprised they were interested because I came from a warehouse background and didn't think I had the right qualifications for an office management role. I met with the management team, and we talked through some problem-solving scenarios. They asked questions to understand my management style better and then answered all my questions. I got the offer later that week.
