Software Engineer
So as a fresher, first I had this online assessment with some medium DSA questions, you know, to check how I solve problems. Then I had a technical interview. They asked me about React, like components, state, props, lifecycle, and hooks. Also talked about how I approach coding problems and my JavaScript basics. Lastly, there was an HR chat, checking my communication, if I'm a good fit, and if I'm keen to learn. Basically, they wanted to see my coding skills, if I know web dev stuff, and if I'm ready for a real project.
- Could you describe how React hooks function and in which scenarios they are best utilized?
Software Engineer
So, the interview process had 3 technical rounds. Initially, they told me there would be 2 rounds, but then there was an additional face-to-face round. All of these were medium-level interviews. The last round was pretty much a grilling session about my experience, almost like a design round.
- Tell me about your full-stack engineering skills.
- Discuss your past experiences and let's talk about design.
Software Engineer
I went to a walk-in interview. First, there was a HackerRank test with medium-level coding and advanced SQL queries. The second round was a technical round where they asked questions like checking if a number is a palindrome, finding a number formed with n digits where the sum of its digits is a particular number, and a few medium-level SQL questions. The third round was a frontend round, covering design aspects and some tricky JavaScript questions. The fourth and fifth rounds were managerial, focusing on my past experience and React. The sixth round was for salary negotiation.
- Are you flexible about working with PHP, GO, and React?
