The interview process started with two good rounds. The third interview was a disaster though. I had to reschedule because I was attending a funeral, and then when we finally had the interview, I experienced some technical difficulties even though I joined the Zoom call early. The interviewer was very rude and didn't even give me 5 minutes. I was able to call in, but he refused to continue and suggested we reschedule for a time when I was 'more prepared'. I had already logged in early to avoid this! After that, I never heard back from them. Honestly, I wouldn't want to work for such a condescending and rude person. I felt I had a lot to offer and had even prepared leads and lead generation opportunities. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online, had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, a Google Meet with a sales manager, team leader, and a director who had his camera off. The recruiter was helpful, but during the second call, they just talked about my lack of experience from a script, and then started asking questions to make me seem inexperienced. Despite having over 20 years in sales, I've never seen this for an entry-level role paying $45k. It felt like they were pushing me around the whole time. I let the recruiter know I was no longer interested.

I talked to 2 sales managers and a VP of sales. They asked me a few questions and then had me do a mock cold call using their script. We also discussed my past sales work, how I felt about the commute, and what they expected from me.
