The interview process was generally okay and went smoothly. The interviewer explained the role and asked questions related to my experience and skills. Overall, the atmosphere was professional. However, one moment during the interview made me feel uncertain. When I asked about the company’s working hours, the director responded by asking whether it mattered to me. I felt slightly uncomfortable with this response because asking about working hours is a normal and reasonable question, especially since I am currently employed and need to understand how the schedule would affect my work–life balance. As a candidate, I believe it is my right to have clarity on working conditions before making any decision. This interaction left me unsure about the company’s expectations and culture, even though the rest of the interview was acceptable.

- Would you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?

The interview process was pretty straightforward, provided you have a good grasp of your experience. It mainly involved discussing your past projects, the types of projects you've worked on, and general topics like your future career aspirations.
- Can you describe a situation from your previous work where you encountered a project issue and how you resolved it?
Structural Engineer
I had about a 1hr interview with a panel of 4 professionals, which included the Country Manager, a Senior Structural Engineer, a Senior MEP Engineer, and a Senior Architect. The interview was focused on a particular project, so most of the questions were about how I'd handle the design process for that specific project.
- How would you innovatively tackle a problem concerning the design procedure for this project?
