The hiring process was pretty fast. I went through three rounds. First, there was a general get-to-know-you chat. Then, I had a second interview with a team leader who also started with a get-to-know-you, but then explained how the company operates and what the job would entail. If they were happy with that, the third interview happened right away with the hiring manager.

I had a quick 10-minute chat with the manager about my past experience. Right after, I was approved for the next interviews, which were the following day. Since it was a nice day, we did the discussion about advancement, pay, and hours outdoors. They explained things well, so I didn't have any follow-up questions. The very next day was orientation, where they showed us some basic tools to get us started.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was brief, welcoming, and very professional. I didn't get the job, but I appreciated the relaxed and easygoing atmosphere. The office space itself was a bit small and sparsely furnished, but I figured that was understandable since it's a new location for Supreme Concepts Innovations. The team was friendly and provided a lot of detail about the company's mission, the responsibilities of the role, how things operate once hired, and the various companies associated with Supreme Concepts Innovations.
