First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Supreme Concepts Innovations.
Sales Associate
It felt like they were reading from a script and weren't really willing to talk about base pay or anything else not on their list. It also felt a bit sketchy doing a group interview and then a one-on-one with all applicants, because I suspect they just give everyone the same spiel.
- What unique value do you bring compared to other applicants?
Sales Representative
The interview at the Norfolk VA office was conducted by an executive manager. After asking a few questions, he said he knew me better and that I would be informed if selected, with the sales manager to discuss pay and work the following week. The interviewer did not even read my resume. This is not the right way to conduct a work interview. How I wish they can improve their interview process by having both the hiring officer and the sales manager do the interview, and simply advise the applicant by email whether or not they are accepted.
- Are you looking for a full-time position?
- Are you currently employed?
- If you were to be selected, how soon could you start?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was brief, welcoming, and very professional. I didn't get the job, but I appreciated the relaxed and easygoing atmosphere. The office space itself was a bit small and sparsely furnished, but I figured that was understandable since it's a new location for Supreme Concepts Innovations. The team was friendly and provided a lot of detail about the company's mission, the responsibilities of the role, how things operate once hired, and the various companies associated with Supreme Concepts Innovations.
- Can you share your previous experience that is relevant to this role?
- Do you consider yourself tech-savvy, given our paperless operations?
- What is your commute time to the office?
Communications Technician
Had a quick phone call first, then went in for 3 separate in-person interviews. The first in-person one was pretty much the same chat as the phone call. The second interview was when they explained the role, and it turns out, no matter what job you apply for here, you'll be a door-to-door salesperson. After that second chat, I decided I wasn't interested in continuing.
- What is your earliest availability to start?
- What is the duration of your commute?
