Behavioral

I had a phone interview for a remote position. The first interview I scheduled, they didn't call, so I had to reschedule online. During the second interview, the interviewer was typing very loudly while I was answering, which really disrupted my train of thought. The job was advertised as part-time non-profit work, but they seemed surprised that I planned to keep my current job if I got an offer. When I made it clear this would be supplemental and I didn't want to leave my other part-time job, they falsely claimed they had no non-profit clients and would 'keep my resume on hand'.

Had a phone interview, then right after they messaged me for a virtual interview. Both took around 45 minutes and mostly they asked about my past experience on my resume. They also asked about the minimum base pay I would take and a range.

First there was an online questionnaire, then skills testing that included a soft personality/preference/behavioral evaluation to see how I'd fit with the team. I was given the results from that. Then I interviewed with team member(s), followed by an interview with my potential Supervisor(s)/Manager(s). There was an optional 3rd interview with Manager(s)/Owner/Partner.
