Customer Service Representative
They asked general questions about my education and related experience, availability, etc. To get a job here, you HAVE to have a spotless record because their background checking process is horrible. They do not seem to be an Equal Opportunity Employer like they supposedly claim.
- Can you tell me about your experience that is relevant to this role?
- What is your educational background?
- What relevant experience do you have?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process began with an online test covering basic computer knowledge like icons and default programs. Then, there was a phone interview where I was asked about connecting a router and handling difficult customers. They also required me to take a system screenshot showing CPU, processor, internet speed, and screen resolution, as specific requirements were mandatory for the role.
- Can you explain how to set up a new wireless gateway?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a very difficult customer and if you would approach it differently now.
Customer Service Representative
The application process tests you on some basic troubleshooting skills. After passing, you can schedule an interview. The interviewer was really friendly and asked me some basic troubleshooting questions. They give you time to research the problem being asked and care more that you're able to find the answer as opposed to knowing it. I was offered a job on the spot.
- Can you tell me why you chose Support.com?
- What's an early piece of technology that you owned that you really liked?
