Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SupplyHouse.com.
HR Coordinator
The interview went smoothly and I enjoyed talking to the interviewers. I thought everything went well until I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, and then was rejected without followup. While the rejection was kind and professional, they offered zero feedback and when I asked for any feedback, rejected to give me anything per “company policy.” Overall found the experience unprofessional and am grateful I was rejected because I found a much better opportunity with a better team elsewhere.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Human Resources Coordinator
I applied online and then got a call about two weeks later to schedule an initial Skype interview. The person interviewing me was really monotone and didn't seem to have any personality. It felt like she was just going through a checklist, reading questions off a clipboard and writing things down.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- How do you think other people would describe you?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
HR Assistant
The interview process was really simple and they kept me in the loop about what was happening at each stage. I had a phone screen first, then I talked with various employees from the company.
- Can you tell me why you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
