I applied for an internship at the end of April and heard back within a week to set up a phone interview, then a zoom interview. A week later, I was told someone else got the job, but a different position opened up. For that, I had 3 interviews and an assessment. Then, I had another interview with the team I'd be working with. During this time, I gave 3 references, but they only contacted two. Finally, a recruiter called me on a Monday morning to say they gave that position to someone else. I think it was because I'm Black, as most Black people there are in customer service or warehouse jobs.

The interview process involved two rounds. First, I spoke with a recruiter, and then I had a conversation with an HR representative. No technical questions were asked, but they inquired about my experience with specific technologies. The process was efficient, and I got a decision within one to two weeks. Everyone was quite pleasant, although I ultimately decided it wasn't the right fit for me.

Applied online, then got a call about a week later. Had a phone interview, then another zoom interview with someone else. I was supposed to have a third interview and even gave my availability for a team interview, but then they said they went with someone else.
