I went through 3 interviews and then got ghosted. The ghosting really needs to stop, it's super unprofessional. I guess I might have dodged a bullet though, if this is how they treat people. The two managers I spoke with were nice and I liked chatting with them. The recruiter, though, was not great. I followed up with them after interview 3 and they couldn't even bother to reply.

It was a really thorough and nice interview process. I started with two phone calls with internal recruiting. Then I had a leadership phone interview. Right after that, we had a group interview with other leaders, potential colleagues, and staff members. They gave me good info on benefits and pay, plus financials related to the job. It was super honest and helpful. My last interview was with the exec team. It was a really complete and detailed screening, which I liked.

I first talked to a recruiter, then I met with my potential boss. After that, I talked to people who are already doing the job. Then, I interviewed with the team I'd be working with and spent a day shadowing them. The final interview was with senior leadership.
