The interview process was quite easy, straightforward and as interviews go quite okay. The assignment they gave me after the interview was heavy to finish in 72 hours and when they get back with results they took almost one month to reply with a "NO" and no necessary feedback as to why they didn't proceed with my application. This is the part I didn't appreciate because they make you lose time for an assignment which is unpaid, then at least they can provide proper feedback!

They didn't mention the salary cap in the job listing or email, which is a bummer because it means they might underpay people in certain countries. For instance, UK employees have to be self-employed and earn $2800 per month, with a possible $800 bonus, but they didn't even know the conditions for the bonus when I asked. Honestly, I'm glad they ended the interview early, but it felt like a waste of time. Just put the salary in the job spec, seriously, you'll get better candidates.

The interviews were super friendly and on the informal side, but very clear in all aspects. As a Motion Designer, I had to complete a test. The brief for the test was clear and didn't take too much time. I really recommend Superside.
