The interview process with Superside is thorough, challenging, friendly, and professional. It starts with an initial meeting with a rep from Talent Acquisition. The goal of this interview is for Superside to get to know you better, answer any questions you may have, and make sure that your goals and ambitions match the company’s culture and position. The next phase is a 48 creative brief test/brief; a challenge that will test your ability to conceptualise and communicate creative concepts. After that, you will move to the final interview stage, a 1-hour general chat and Q&A session with your new prospective team!

Behavioral Technical

The interviewer was really unfriendly, not smiling at all, and didn't ask many relevant questions for the job. She only started taking notes at the very end when she asked for ideas to improve the website, which felt like she just wanted free ideas. Her unprofessionalism, showing up in pajamas, made me lose interest in the company despite my initial excitement. Also, the job description said I'd be managing content, but when I discussed my leadership experience, she brushed it off, saying she only cared about execution, not leadership. This misalignment between her expectations and the job description was a major issue. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Are you okay with earning $10 per hour, to start? Also, there was talk about potentially earning more later and how some content writers make up to $4000 a month, maybe from high volume work since it might be a content mill situation. I figured since I already spent 20 minutes picking samples, I'd see it through.
