The interview process is a bit lengthy but ultimately rewarding. Even if it doesn't lead to an offer, it's a good chance to practice because the interviewers are really professional and give you helpful feedback respectfully, which can boost your performance in future interviews.
- What is it about Superside that most excites you?
Business Development Representative
The process was pretty thorough with a few interviews, some role plays, a cognitive assessment, and a take-home task. Everything seemed related to the role and it was clear why I was asked to do it. They responded fast and the whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. Everyone was super friendly and gave me feedback during the interviews.
- Can you do a cold call role play?
- Describe your experience.
BDR
We began with a psychological test, followed by an initial introductory interview. Then, there was a case study to complete at home over a few days, and another interview involving a role-play. The process concluded with a final interview alongside future team members.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with our company?
- Could you please introduce yourself?
