I applied and had an initial call with the recruiter where we mainly talked about how they operate. They asked if they could record the session, which I assume is for internal sharing. The recruiter said she'd give me feedback by Friday, but I never heard back. I followed up twice, but the recruiter kept ghosting me. Then I saw they had readvertised the position. So, instead of letting candidates know, the recruiter just ghosts them.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were quite a lot of steps but all were structured and pleasant. The only slightly annoying part was that I was told somebody would get back to me with the final answer by the end of the week and I hadn't heard back until the following week. Except for that insignificant shortcoming, everything was great.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty much what you'd expect for a senior software sales role, but with an added cognitive test. I interviewed with the core team I'd be working with daily, including the manager, RevOps Manager, VP of Sales, and CRO. There was also a final presentation. They kept a steady pace, scheduling about one interview per week over a 5-6 week period.
