Recruiter reached out then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-depth interview with the hiring manager and then a final interview with the regional director. It was a pretty easy and smooth process, taking about a month overall.

This was the worst interview process I have ever experienced. They proceeded to ask super specific in-depth questions about my background and provide timelines and insane details for all my background and experience. They required me to compile a brag book with my resume, diploma, references, accomplishment, W-2's and pay stub. I traveled many hours to go to an in-person interview after already completing 2 interviews that asked the same questions each time. The in-person interview was 3 hours long with breaks. Be prepared to answer a ton of behavioral interview questions with many different examples. They also make you fill out a packet with questions you've already answered, and it's so redundant. It was truly the strangest interview process, and I'm honestly glad it didn't work out because I wouldn't want to work for that company anyway.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process wasn't too tough. It started with a phone screen, then a zoom call, and finally an in-person interview. The in-person part went on for quite a while, and the interviewer kept asking the same things over and over. They even gave me a packet with the same questions I'd already answered, asking me to write down the answers again. I wish I'd gotten an agenda beforehand because I ended up being there for over 3 hours. The interviewer was nice, but a bit unprofessional, leaving me alone in the room for 40 minutes during a "break." Plus, they were 15 minutes late to our meeting. I decided to withdraw my application because the role didn't really fit with my future career plans, and honestly, the vibe after the in-person interview wasn't great.
