It's a lack of respect for people. To get a ticket they hand out at 8:00 am, you have to arrive at 4:00 am or sleep in line, in the rain or sun, and the worst part is the lack of security at the location. When they start handing out tickets, they don't even let people go to the bathroom or drink water. They yell at people and give them dirty looks the whole time.
