- What is your experience duration?
- What technologies have you used?
- What projects have you completed?
Cashier
It was quite smooth, although with a few challenges that make you think, but nothing too extreme. It's very easy to showcase your professional experiences to add value to the interview, which helps a lot in the selection process. They are super attentive and very polite.
- Did you have schedule availability?
Estoquista
It was a big mess, schedules were constantly changed, people were prioritized, and I was told I would be contacted even if it was bad news, but they never did. You only get hired through referrals, they don't even call people who live right next to the market.
- What could you bring to the Guanabara group?
Jovem Aprendiz
It was a group interview online, with easy questions like what are your good and bad qualities. It was easy, they asked everyone to talk a little about themselves, if they study, where they live, age... interview questions.
- Could you tell us about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell us a bit about yourself.
- Where do you live?
