The interview process had a few steps, like a test and meetings with different people on the team. It was put together really well, clear, professional, and thoughtfully made. The team made the whole experience feel caring, supportive, and friendly. I always knew what was going on and felt supported. Their detailed method shows how much they care about candidates. I also felt valued for who I am; it was easy to just be myself. It was obvious the company is open-minded and wants to build a diverse, creative team that keeps making its strong culture even better.

If you are thinking about applying to Grammarly, you totally should! The entire process felt really professional yet still very human. It all started when I saw a job opening from a local recruiter on Facebook. I shot them an email, and after a quick exchange, I sent over my CV and was given a 90-minute test. Following that, there was a 30-minute screening with another recruiter. After that, there will be three separate 60-minute interviews with different team members or managers. The people involved in recruiting me were super attentive and friendly. :) The entire thing took about a month, and during that time, I learned a lot about Grammarly's mission, culture, and how they work. The interviews were really well put together. I got to ask a bunch of questions at the end and got honest answers. Make sure you go over your past work experiences and any challenges you've faced and just do your best. You can let them know your availability before each interview. I really recommend applying to Grammarly. Honestly, it was the best recruitment experience I've ever had.

This was a terrible, unprofessional experience. The interviewer cancelled our interview twice. When we finally did connect, the interviewer emailed me later the same day to say they weren't recruiting for this position anymore. Like, what? You wasted my time so much for a role I'm overqualified for, just to say the job doesn't even exist? Awful. I've also heard Grammarly's hiring team is biased and only picks people with "western" sounding names. It's ironic that a company focused on growth and learning is so closed-minded. I'm disgusted and feel like I dodged a bullet.
