I recently went through the hiring process for a BDR role and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The recruiter provided incredible guidance, keeping me updated with clear instructions and timely feedback at every stage. What stood out most was the team I met during the interview process. Every conversation felt authentic and collaborative, which made me feel comfortable and even more excited about the mission. It’s rare to find a process that is this organized while still feeling so human. I’m thrilled to be joining such a thoughtful and high-performing team!

Grammarly has a great interview process and recruiting team. They were organized with their communication and clear about expectations from application to offer. They explained the process and how to prepare. Recruiters even called to make sure I was ready. They give you the tools to succeed and it felt like they were rooting for you. The interview day was tough but fun. You meet potential coworkers and managers and do a role-play and multiple interviews. I felt ready for it. It's energizing to be with people who love their work and product. Good vibes. The hiring process says a lot about a company, and this one was top-notch.

The recruiter was great, really communicative and gave feedback. However, the sales team experience was disappointing. They were looking for quota-carrying experience and specific education, which wasn't clear upfront. There was also poor internal communication, with one interviewer implying I'd made it to the next stage when I hadn't.
