Case Presentation Behavioral

The interview process started with an HR screening, followed by an easy asynchronous case study where I had to fill in missing KPIs and answer some creative strategy questions. After that, there was a discussion about the case study along with some questions. The final round involved a more intensive case study where I was given a product brief and had to develop a social media campaign, create a presentation deck, and deliver a presentation. While everyone was nice, the process felt too demanding for an entry-level training program, especially with two case studies, the second of which was quite demanding. Despite receiving minimal negative feedback on the case studies, I was ultimately rejected via an automated HR email, which was disappointing given the time invested.

I had a strange interview experience at Superbolt. Although my resume stated I graduated a year ago, the recruiter asked if I was on spring break, claiming she asked everyone that and hadn't read my application. She seemed uninterested and rushed through questions. When I asked two questions about the company and role, she only answered one and mentioned a short exercise for the second round. A day later, I was informed they proceeded with another candidate, despite hiring for multiple positions. The interviewer admitting she'd never visited the office added to the suspicion.

Behavioral Case Presentation

This role is not for new grads, it felt like a waste of about 3 months. The first interview was with a recruiter who didn't use their camera. I was then asked to complete a quantitative case study. After two weeks of no response, I had to follow up to find out my status. Then, I waited another two weeks for a second interview where I completed another case study that took about 7 hours. I got positive feedback on both case studies (quantitative and brand launch strategy). However, just days before the program started, I was told my previous experience wasn't relevant enough for this entry-level, learning position. It was a ridiculous amount of free work and interviews for a 4-month program with a small stipend. I wouldn't recommend applying unless you're okay with doing free work or if your past job titles exactly match what the position requires. Superbolt, if you want candidates with relevant experience, maybe consider the case studies they do instead of assuming they don't have it. Hope this helps!

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process was multi-step and really welcoming. First, I talked with HR about the company, the job, and my background. Then, I did a live case study where I had an hour to work on a quantitative case (calculating CTR, CR, ROAS) in Excel and PPT, then present it to a senior growth marketing manager. They gave me a sheet with definitions and let me use Google. After that, I had a take-home qualitative case study about campaign strategy that took about 3-4 hours and I had 3 days to complete it before presenting it. Finally, I interviewed with the team and the agency's founder. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. The case studies were challenging and needed specific paid media knowledge, but the people were great.
