Presentation Behavioral Case

I was contacted by an internal recruiter. The first interview was an in-person meeting where I had to give a presentation. I asked about the interview timeline and the number of rounds, as I had other interviews going on. They mentioned it could be anywhere from 2 to 6 rounds. A few weeks later, I received an assessment that included a mix of behavioral questions and case studies. It was quite extensive and also required me to provide analysis from my previous job, which I found a bit unprofessional. I only provided answers to their questions and did not share my past work. After another 2-3 weeks, they asked me to formally apply through their system and said HR would contact me regarding a job offer. Weeks passed with no further response. When I followed up, I was informed that the position had been filled. It felt like a lot of unpaid work for a job interview.
