For international students needing H-1B sponsorship: be aware that this company has changed its policy and no longer provides H-1B sponsorship. I completed all four interview rounds, and only at the offer stage was I told they could not proceed due to not sponsoring H-1B visas anymore. It was quite disappointing.

Applied for Firmware Engineer, had a 30-minute technical phone interview about my resume, OS, and computer networks, but never heard back. Then applied for Systems Engineer and was rejected. A Software Engineer team lead reached out, thought I'd be a good fit for a Software Engineer role, and I applied. Got instantly rejected by HR. Team lead said he'd talk to HR. Weeks later, HR called about feedback and then mentioned an offer. The team lead also called about final questions and mentioned waiting on HR for the offer. It's been over three weeks with no updates from HR or the team lead, despite follow-up emails. The communication from this company is really bad and it's been an emotional ride.

It was a good interview with nice people. There were some whiteboarding coding questions and questions about the subject matter. It was mostly based on past experience and field relative to the team you want to join. The interviews are easy if you think out loud.
