Behavioral Presentation Other

Interviewed with members of the Sales and Executive staff. It was an informal, informational interview. The company culture is very Chinese, which could be an asset if you are Chinese, but might present cultural or linguistic barriers or challenges in marketing yourself within the company otherwise. The people I know there seem to conduct themselves with integrity, though perhaps not with a lot of transparency. You need to be able to sell yourself and be very persistent.
