Behavioral Technical Other

I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then four onsite rounds. The onsite was quite an experience - I spent about $200 on Ubers myself since they didn't offer reimbursement, and the campus is really old and rundown. They expected 4 rounds initially, but it changed to 4 once I was there. The team seemed unsure about what they were looking for. One 'technical' round felt more like the interviewer trying to trick me and laughing at my answers, and another round had the interviewer bad-mouthing the company and its leadership. Overall, I thought it went okay, but I have doubts about the company given their old-fashioned operations and surprisingly positive reviews of boxed dinners. I'd avoid this company and definitely skip the onsite; it's a waste of time and money. They should pay for your time or do it via Zoom.

Behavioral

The interview process involved some obscure questions about my education background from over 10 years ago and the interviewer rudely implied that I'm blatantly lying on my resume. The interviewer also seems to take pride in the fact that they have to work 5-6 days a week and have a can't-leave-office-unless-manager-leaves policy. But apparently, since their stocks recently shot through the roof so it's all okay.
