the team leader emailed me asking if I wanted to come in for an interview. It was 4 rounds total. First, the team leader introduced the company and mentioned he wouldn't ask technical questions since I'm a fresh grad. Then, another person asked about my resume and some basic computer architecture concepts. The third interviewer focused on my project, pointing out perceived flaws in my design explanation and seeming unimpressed. Finally, the fourth person inquired about my knowledge of graduate-level analog circuits, to which I responded that my focus was digital design. We then shifted to discussing the work environment and the current job market. He originally intended to have more people interview me but returned to say they were all busy, so the process concluded.
