I sent in my application through my school's career portal back in mid-September. A bit later, I got an email about moving forward with the interview process. The actual interview happened in mid-October right at my college's career center. There were three interviewers, which I thought might be a lot, but they were all super friendly. It was actually a really positive experience overall, and I got an offer just three days after the interview!

I had a phone interview with a WorkStream manager, and then an on-site interview with a team where they asked a lot of questions quickly. The phone screen was mostly behavioral and about my past experience. The manager was technical and really dug into my knowledge and experience. I was pretty impressed by how much they knew.
