It's a regular interview process, not too hard. I've heard they reject a lot of candidates though. Just be friendly and confident, that's what they're looking for. Dress well and prepare for situational questions beforehand.

For Suntrust, I first had to take a skills test focusing on navigation and call center abilities, which wasn't too challenging. Then, a recruiter called me and asked me to sell her something. Following that, I had an interview with the team manager where she asked standard behavioral questions. She then gave me a list of accounts, went into another room, and I had to call her to sell her the one that best fit her needs. It was manageable.
