I applied online and got an email from the recruiter pretty fast. I had a phone interview with the recruiter the next day, which was super easy and just covered my past experience. Then, I had a second 1:1 with the hiring manager, which I think went well. They said I'd hear back in a day or two, but after two days of no response, I called and left voicemails and sent follow-up emails and thank you notes. Still no word back.

They didn't ask too much about my past experience, which might be because I'm a recent graduate.
