I had a group interview on campus. After the first interview, the recruiter told me I was moving on. The office felt pretty relaxed compared to big banks. The three interviewers, who seemed to be from different departments, asked me questions to see if I'd be a good fit for their specific areas.

It was a basic behavioral interview, covering everything from introducing yourself to situational questions. It was very group-oriented. They also asked about the highest and lowest points of my college career. During the 'higher discussion' part, they wanted to see if I had analyzed and compiled reports. I haven't analyzed much personally, but I talked a lot about my finance classes, both current and past.

I applied for the EIS summer internship program. They set up an in-person interview for me on campus at Georgia Tech. I spent about an hour chatting with two senior people. We mostly talked about my resume and what I thought were its key points. Then they told me more about the job I was applying for and checked how interested I was.
