A recruiter reached out and told me about some jobs. A couple days later, the recruiter called me to schedule an interview and sent an email with details and prep advice. I arrived early, dressed nicely, and was ready. The branch manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I answered some questions about different situations and then got a tour of the bank. After that, the Regional manager called and asked me some more questions, mostly about my availability. About an hour after that, the recruiter called and offered me the job, then emailed the offer details.

They asked a lot of behavioral questions that didn't seem related to the job. I'm overqualified so I was surprised by the repetitive questions. Like 'tell me where you see yourself in 5 years', 'where do you see yourself in one year', 'tell me 5 strengths/weaknesses', 'how would you deal with a rude coworker', 'would it bother you if a coworker had a disagreement with you', or 'how would you handle working with someone you didn't like'. Personally, I thought it was silly and decided I wasn't interested. And it was for a part-time role!
