It was one round, an on-campus interview where I met with two people from the team: an analyst and a VP. The interview was super easy. They asked about two positions on my resume and some really basic technical questions for the job, just one or two.

I was emailed first, then we set up a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes and mostly fit questions. After that, I was put in touch with an analyst in the group I would be working in, and we had a conversation via phone too.

STRH recruited me through my school's career center. Their team hosted numerous on-campus events, which made the interview process very straightforward with no unexpected elements. They utilize a well-developed model focused on Free Cash Flows (FCF's) and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) ratios.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What are your reasons for preferring to work with debt over equity?
