Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Suntiva.
Senior Consultant
It started with a phone screen, then there were three in-person interviews and another phone interview. Just a heads up, the HR person is incredibly condescending. They gave out wrong info sometimes and seemed to find it funny. Easily the most unprofessional HR person I've encountered.
- Could you describe a typical day in your previous roles?
Consultant
First call was a recruiter screening. Then, I had an in-office interview about a week later. After that, there was a second in-person round, and then an offer came pretty quickly. I agree with others that the recruiter contact was kind of condescending, but the other people I talked to were much better to deal with.
- Can you describe instances where you've managed different types of situations?
Consultant
The interview process involved three rounds. It started with a recruiter reach-out. Then, there was an interview with an Executive Consultant. The final interview was in-person, where we talked about benefits and what to expect at the specific location I would be supporting.
- Can you detail your experience with cost-reimbursement contracts?
