Managers here use shady recruiting tactics, making you think you'll make a lot of money fast. But honestly, most people quit after a few months 'cause they can't get promoted or even make enough to live on. The managers will just straight-up lie to get you to work for basically nothing, promising commissions that never actually happen.

I met with a recruiter first, then another scheduler. After that, I went over my resume with the Regional Sales Manager (or CEDM as they're called at Sunrun). We talked about income projections and what the expectations of the role were, and also my goals. It was a short interview. Capable people are hired, but there's been a fair amount of turnover in my time here.

the Territory Manager was upfront about the position, and was very welcoming. The entire process was standard, job description, duties and expectations. But making sure I understood what I was up against and that I would have the support in any event to help move me forward into reaching the set sales goals.
