The interview was pretty standard, but it was over the phone with two people, which sometimes made the conversation a bit tricky. Even though it seemed to go well with good back-and-forth, it looks like the company is dealing with some internal growing pains. The interviewers mentioned this, and when I followed up about the job, my recruiter told me they'd combined different roles, so the position wasn't available anymore. It's also been six months since they updated the website. I tried to find another role because I thought it could be a good fit and I understood they were sorting out growth issues, but leaving the same job listing up when it wasn't even a real opening anymore made me decide not to pursue it further.

I got a call and chatted with the recruiter about the job. I answered some questions, like why I want to work there. After about 15 minutes on the phone, the recruiter set up a job interview for the next day.

They responded quickly to my application, but it turned out they needed to hire a lot of people in just a couple of days, despite having a long 10-day background check process. During the interview, I was told the hiring manager was too busy to meet with me, and then I was shown the door. The team lead who interviewed me was sick and clearly didn't care about the process. This was by far the worst interview experience in my 32-year career. This is a very basic call center job where your time is closely monitored, and everyone I saw working there looked miserable. I strongly advise avoiding this company. My rejection letter stated they found someone better, even though they were hiring 17 people. It was a complete joke. Avoid.
